AI Organisation Model
The AI Organisation Model connects strategy, delivery, decision architecture, governance, capabilities and impact into a workable model for AI transformation.
Many organizations start with use cases. The AI-OM starts earlier: it asks which management work is required for AI to become durable, accountable and effective.
The AI-OM makes visible which fields need to be considered together. The management fields lead into workshop and advisory modules. The central technology fields explain capabilities that must be embedded in architecture, integration and steering.

The fields can be used as focused workshop modules or combined into a compact diagnostic sequence. The goal is not completeness on slides, but a robust entry into decisions, responsibilities and implementation.
A condensed entry point for position assessment: strategy, decision spaces, governance, capabilities and implementation are structured together.
Individual fields such as Responsibility Flow, AI Intake Funnel, Value Realisation or Capability Map can be addressed as focused work modules.
Based on the diagnosis, a robust AI operating model is developed with roles, gates, routines, responsibilities and implementation paths.
The AI-OM helps make visible the organizational conditions under which AI can create durable impact: in decisions, processes, accountability, capabilities and management routines.
The entry can start small — with a single critical field. The decisive point is that the field is not treated in isolation, but understood in relation to the overall model.
